Dear Dudrop Customers Due to ongoing problems with VISA and Mastercards 3D-secure systems we are currently working with our payment provider to implement a new and improved system. We would like to state that none of these problems are due to processes maintained by Dudrop Prepaid, the problems have been identified to lie with Issuing Banks handling of 3D transactions and we hope they will be resolved speedily.
